Bifronte Bedside Table – Horm

Frame in extra clear glass. Fixed shel « Ripples ». Drawer in walnut veneer with one white lacquered front. A slice of Ripple, the celebrity bench by Toyo Ito that won the Compasso d'Oro award in 2004, is used to make this new product from Horm. As a tribute to the concept of Toyo Ito, a dome in extraclear curved tempered glass surrounds Ripples and protects it. A chance for Ripples lovers to have a miniature Ripples where the Bench cannot fit. Bifronte is completed by a drawer on castors that has inspired the name (Bifronte means double face as the mythological Janus). A Drawer with two fronts, one in walnut veneer and the opposite in white lacquer that can play with different chromatic environments.
